Shipping & Returns Policy
New Zealand - $10 Tracked Delivery.
Australia - $35 Tracked Delivery.
Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. You will be notified with a confirmation email letting you know the item has been dispatched and the applicable tracking number. Vintage Hustle is not responsible (for refund or otherwise) for any items that are lost or damaged after being dispatched.
If you experience any problems after dispatch with not receiving your order, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help follow up with the postal provider.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Vintage Hustle is not responsible for delays due to customs. Please email on email@example.com if you have any questions.
Vintage Hustle sells preloved, vintage and some times new items. Although we look for well maintained and quality garments please remember that the item you purchase has been loved by someone else before, which might indicate small imperfections.
We will do our best to identify any flaws that the item may have and provide this in the description, so please read throughally as all sales are final without return or refund. However if a garment is received and has a defect that has not of been stated within the product description there will be a 30 day return policy available.
To be eligible for a return of refund the item must be in the same condition as you received it unworn and unused. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information, an items sent directly back before contact will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All sizing can be very different especially in vintage items. Vintage Hustle provides the sizing of the garment with a “best fit” recommendation along with the models size and height. You will also find the measurements for each garment to ensure you have the correct size. It is the buyers responsibility to read these measurements and contact us if they have further questions prior to purchase as items are non-returnable or fundable for any sizing issues.
